Trying to build muscle, is this a good diet? - what is a good muscle percentage

This is my new diet, which I will continue in the new year: In general, this is not a training day. Training Day look like immediately after the formation of a new revolution is taking place in the evening.

Breakfast (8-9): 4 eggs, eat all the whites, but only one egg yolk.
3 Weetabix
Whey protein shake (it takes about 1 hours after breakfast)

Snack (12 h): 2 chicken sandwiches on white bread and a banana

Tuna sandwich lunch (2-3pm), a pint of low fat milk

Dinner (5-6pm): chicken / beef and salmon with vegetables such as peas, corn, green beans, carrots, and some carbohydrates such as rice or small boiled potatoes. Basically, what made during the night.

Snack (8.30pm) - More than milk and fruit like an apple or an orange.

Late night (11pm) whey protein shake or cottage cheese on crackers.
