I think that is rheumatic heart disease, a complication of rheumatic fever, but not quite clear on this semester 2nd
If someone rheumatic fever, and get damage heart valves and after 10-12 years, who had no fever, but heartvalvular problem if it is known as rheumatic heart disease,
and if a patient with 20 years withbreathlessness presented for 5-6 years, an echo MR, MS, so how can we know that it was due to rheumatic fever as a child? Thank you for this scenerios Help needed
