* Granola bars, protein bars are particularly high, such as Clif Bar PowerBar Energy package deal, but I think they are a little rough.
* Skin of fruit / nut
* Rice cakes and peanut butter and mini-bagels and cream cheese I used to (get squashed or bad, if its hot outside is not real)
* Jerky-bright enough protein. There are even vegetarian strips made from seitan jerky called primary, which are really good.
* Dried fruits, nuts, dried fruits, chocolate, all the energy for a good start up stiff
* Fast Food Pasta / ramen noodles or rice and beans (any brand business as Zatarain underground water to be added) - the hot meal for dinner is simply put "the peanut butter and Pad Thai noodles Cruise
Water or take a feez of dry food for dinner, very easy to make, just boil and pour into the bag, let rest, then just eat out of his pocket. Close all containers before you leave (do not forget the cooking directions) and a Spork!
