Have you ever gone on a culinary and/or cooking class tour abroad? - tuscany cooking tours

Q That was not seeing much action in the travel sector, so I thought I'd try here.
There are many such trips in France and Italy. Some in Tuscany, attracted my attention. It teaches you choose the ingredients and some great meals to cook, with others, general tourism.
Has anyone done this? What are your opinions and experiences have been?
